CHARGING ISSUES

Follow these steps if a laptop will not charge:

1. With the computer powered off and the power cord unplugged, push the power button and hold for 30 seconds (this is called a hard re-boot).
2. Power on the computer, it will boot to a white (post error) screen stating that the system time is invalid.  Press Enter to reboot the system.
3. The computer should now charge with your issued USB-C power cable.
